EUGENE, Ore. — There’s a third hat in the ring for the Ward 1 seat on the Eugene City Council.
Ethan Clevenger announced his run Monday morning.
The Eugene business owner joins two other announced candidates, Ted Coopman and Eliza Kashinsky.

The Ward 1 council seat is currently held by Emily Semple, who says she is not running for reelection.
She says she – and the City – is ready for something new.
Semple endorsed Coopman in the race.
